As an association of businesses the EBA believes in the idea of corporate social responsibility and encourages its members to help those in need.
Therefore the EBA established its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee as a vehicle for the EBA members share their experience and best practice in implementing various social initiatives. Members of this EBA Committee also discuss obstacles to CSR in Ukraine and endeavour to overcome them together.
The EBA together with its members also initiates special charitable projects. Thus, within five years the EBA Christmas Parties for Kids have become one of the most remarkable charity events in Kyiv. All proceeds from these parties go to orphanages. We are especially pleased that the new EBA charity initiative - the EBA Christmas Party for Adults has already received appreciation and support as well.
We are pleased with remarkable support and enthusiasm of the EBA member companies to the EBA charitable activity and we are always open for new ideas and projects.

EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
