The Committee was established at the end of 2007 following the EBA Exporters & Importers Committee restructure.

The main objective of the EBA Regulatory Affairs Committee is to focus on technical regulation, market surveillance, permitting system and other regulatory issues facing the EBA member companies.

According to results of the Committee’s leadership election conducted in December 2007 the Committee Chair in 2008 is Olena Kalabanya, Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations Coordinator of 3M Ukraine.

The Committee holds its meetings on a bi-monthly basis. The Committee meetings stick to the third Friday of the month, 9:30.
