Conference service

We are happy to announce that our newly refurnished conference halls are now in use. By expanding and upgrading our office space on Andriyivsky uzviz we have two new halls (for up to 30 and up to 100 people respectively) to be used for our committee meetings and round table discussions.

Furthermore, these facilities can be hired by EBA member companies and provide the perfect venue for business events in the heart of Kiev’s historical Old Town. Ideal for press-conferences as well as private meetings, seminars and training events - we also offer a full set of services.

To make your stay in EBA office comfortable we kindly offer using following services:

  • serving teacoffee breaks
  • technical equipment
  • office services

Rent of a conference room (per 1 hour) Euro 100 For EBA members, Euro 150 for non EBA members
Serving tea/coffee breaks – 7 Euro per person. This includes tea, coffee, juices, mineral water and pastry/sweets.
Technical equipment – rent of a multimedia projector (per 1 hour) Euro 40, rent of a screen (per 1 hour ) - 20 Euro
Office-services – copying & printing (10 copies minimum) - 1 Euro

Nota Bene: Taxes are not included in price. While leasing conference room priority is given to EBA committee meetings that are scheduled in advance and can be checked in the EBA office.
