EBA Leadership School - “Nine steps to leadership”

Being a leader today… how to become a professional manager... what skills are important for a leader… …These questions are often asked by the employees whose dream is to become a leader.

EBA Leadership School can make this dream nine steps closer.

The 4 month program of “Nine steps to leadership” School aims to drive the improvement in leadership and boost multi-level performance.

• Our students are EBA member companies’ employees experienced in management for not less than two years.
• School participants will learn the newest practices in leadership, result-oriented management, effectiveness, communication, staff motivation etc.
• The information will be presented by premier training and consulting company: “Jansen Capital management”. Their experienced coaches apply modern training methods such as case method, role-play method, simulation modeling and analysis, panel discussion.
