A good event manager should possess skills in planning, management, budgeting, know the basics of customer service and much more. We offer the accelerator course which provides the necessary knowledge and skills to work in the event industry.

This season you will have ahead:

The course consists of 4 modules - workshops, 4 hours each. Every module includes not only theory but the analysis and examination of real cases and practical tasks. Having successfully finished the program, the participants will receive certificates of completion.

MODULE 2. HOW TO MAKE THE EVENT SUCCESSFUL? – APRIL 27, 14.00 - 17.00

  • What is successfulness and how it is measured
  • Contractors – who they are and how to work with them during the event
  • Who our clients are. How many of them can be there
  • Event analysis: how to work on idea creativeness in command
  • ROI at the Event. How to measure enclosed resource and estimate effectiveness
  • FuckUp` cases and mistakes` conversation

MODULE 3. COMMAND WORK AND SECURITY PROVISION. FROM MARKETING TO SECURITY PROVISION ON MASS EVENTS – APRIL 28, 10.00 - 13.00

Part 1. Event`s preparation:

  • Marketing. Learning of branch specifics scope, boundary of leaders and outsiders in the field, as well as forecast of potential attendance number. Budget
  • Lead generation. Branch rating. Topical portals. Groups in social networks. Pressure points in the field
  • Attraction. Contact centers, messengers, social networks, e-mail and mailing lists, mass media and the role of outdoor advertisement
  • Registration. Methods of automatization. Identificators` processing, patterns

Part 2. Event`s promotion:

  • Registration. Mobile attachment. Way finders. face recognition. RFID cards. WiFi personification. Movements. Tracking of persons on mobile attachment or WIFI
