EBA Christmas Parties for Kids
Among the variety of EBA business activitites charity is one of the most important ones. The EBA tries to support a strong link between corporate and charity worlds and strives to install European practices and values in the Ukrainian business environment.
Such initiative found an embodiment in EBA Christmas party for kids. Launched in 2002, the Christmas party for kids turned out to be very successful and timely traditional EBA Christmas event.
The Christmas party programme offers the guests a great variety of entertaining activities and fest celebrations. The set of arrangements is aimed at the raising money for local charities. So every visitor has an opportunity to support EBA charity initiative.
The creative duet of pleasant party elements and useful charity ones gives its results. The variety of Christmas tournaments, contests and rewards cannot leave party participants indifferent. Jokes, charades and games presented by Santa Claus and Snow Girl greatly add to the festive atmosphere of the event.
The idea of EBA charity initiative shows the importance of such events in the context of modern society problems. The success of this type of party arrangements emphasizes the significance of organised orphans` support.
LATEST EVENT REPORT
On 10 – 11 December the European Business Association held a series of charity events – Christmas Parties for Kids.
This year about 700 children and adults were invited to EBA Christmas Parties for Kids. The guests were greeted by fairy tale heroes (pirates, fairies, Quicky the Bunny and Dino) and of course Dragon - the symbol of the year 2012.
At the party the kids were creating their own Christmas decorations with the assistance of tutors from ABC training centre, and technical studio "Vynahidnyk". The children played robotic-football and built models with Lego construction kits. Also, anyone interested could learn how to do an aqua-makeup.
The main guest of the event - Santa Claus - along with the children went on a fascinating journey in the search of the gifts. Lots of contests and activities contributed to vivid and unforgettable emotions of the little ones. Party atmosphere was warmed up with sincere smiles of children and adults. Each child received a Christmas present. After all the fun the children and their parents watched the cartoon "Arthur Christmas". Thanks to the support of Columbia Pictures the guests of our party were the first in Ukraine to watch this cartoon.
We would like to remind that EBA Christmas Parties for Kids are charity events and the money raised from ticket sales will be given to those who need it the most. The report on use of raised funds will be published later.
