Bowling Tournaments

Being a part of EBA sport events, bowling tournaments provide our members with the possibility to strengthen team spirit of their company’s` staff.  Bowling tournament is a perfect team-building event which fastens players on the lanes and creates a great feeling of synergy that positively projects on their day-to-day work. As usual, teams for the game are formed according to the principle of one team from one company.

Therefore, if you are passionate about bowling and have a team you can rely on, we would be happy to see you at the EBA Bowling Tournaments! We traditionally provide all winner teams with great prizes and gifts, and all runners-up never go away without recognition gifts.

EBA Bowling Tournament

February 20, 2011, the EBA in association with PUMA held a Bowling Tournament among the teams of the EBA member companies in Brooklyn Bowling Club. 20 teams participated in the tournament and each was determined to stand for the company they represented. The supporters as well as players enjoyed free drinks from Red Bull and Slavutich.

The tournament was indeed intense, and the three teams that gained the title of winners are:

• 1st place - A.B.C. Group of Companies Team: Yuri Kucherenko, Dmitriy Lozovoy, Alexander Romanenko
• 2nd place - Novo Nordisk Team: Alexander Boiko, Irina Grinchenko, Vladimir Parfenyuk
• 3rd place - Groupe SEB Team: Mikhail Lebedev, Andrey Ushakov, Maxim Pazych.

PUMA team took first place in the Small finals, PricewaterhouseCoopers and FESTO took second and third places respectively.

The winners received Cups and gifts from PUMA. The Brooklyn Bowling Club awarded participants with different gift certificates for various achievements during the tournament for example: three strikes in a row or the best team player.

There were also three nominations winners of which were also named.

• Best Male results - Andriy Rybalchenko, M.I.P.;
• Best Female results - Irina Grinchenko, Novo Nordisk;
• Best team result - Groupe SEB Team.

Everybody enjoyed a good team spirit and a healthy competition. We sincerely congratulate the winners and hope to see everyone very soon at the upcoming events of the EBA.
