Tennis Tournaments

On September 10, 2011 Annual Tennis Tournament in memory of Yuriy Petrus was held! 15 doubles participated in the competition, including new and permanent players of the tournament. It is pleasant to note that during all years of the tournament, every time we meet familiar faces among participants – those who are dedicated to tennis.

Traditionally the tournament was conducted among male and mixed doubles. The players represented the following companies: Popko and partners, Horizon Capital, Ramburs, Apple Consulting, Astelit, Slavutich, Carlsberg Group, Roland Berger, Platinum Bank, CFC Consulting, UHY Prostir Ltd, Audit company, Honda Ukraine LLC, OTP Bank. The tournament started at 10 am, and despite the exhaustion of the participants, the game was interesting and exciting to the last match.

Thus, we introduce you three winners of this year. In the male group doubles as follows:

  1st place - Yuriy Blaschuk / Mykhailo Fedorchenko (Platinum Bank);
  2nd place - Igor Druzhchenko / Igor Fursenko (VAB bank);
  3rd place - Vadym Popko / Yevgen Popko (Popko Brothers & Partners, Law firm).

In the mixed group:

  1st place - Svetlana Kordina/ Mikhail Fedorchenko (JSC "OTP Bank");
  2nd place - Anastasiya Pavlishina / Igor Druzhchenko (VAB bank);
  3rd place - Tetiana Shevchuk / Yevgen Ryeznik (Ltd. Roland Berger Strategy Consultants).

The European Business Association would like to thank all participants who joined the tennis tournament in memory of Yuriy Petrus! We also thank all partners of the event, namely the company Aquavita Tour Lufthansa City Center, Victoria Rose Restaurant and the Stare Zaporizhzhya, who provided prizes for our winners. As well as JSC "Industrial and Distribution Systems" and the American Medical Center for their support! We hope the participation in the tournament has brought all the unforgettable emotions and leave pleasant memories.
