April 2008. Global real estate adviser DTZ has strengthened its operations in Ukraine by appointing new associate directors and heads of business lines across its Kyiv team.
With effect from 1st April 2008 the following eight people, responsible for their respective fields, have been promoted to associate director:
- Tetyana Kazakova (head of professional services)
- David Hunt (valuation)
- Nataliya Stelmakh (head of investment)
- Marta Kostiuk (head of research)
- Victoria Goroulko (head of occupier services and global corporate services)
- Dariya Rukina (head of landlord representation –office agency)
- Tatiana Kudelova (head of retail)
- Irene Zalizenko (head of industrial and logistics)
In addition, Natalia Stelmakh and Dariya Rukina have been appointed as head of investment consultancy and head of landlord representation (îffice agency) respectively.
