28/08 17:30 EBA EuroDebates This time the EuroDebates strove to elaborate an answer to the acute question - Amended Customs Legislation: Pros and Cons. The attendees had an opportunity to say YES or NO discussing the following issues:
- if customs clearance requires simplifying
- if amended customs legislation influences an investment climate in Ukraine
- if amended customs legislation changes fiscal functions of Customs
The EuroDebates exhibited opinions and insights of top managers of Customs Service and Ministry of Finance, representatives of diplomatic corps and experts in International Customs Law.
