was held at the conference hall of Eurohotel. The Round Table meeting featured Mr Zavtur, Head of Main Department for Land Resources in Lviv Oblast, Mr Bokalo, Head of Department for Land Resources of Lviv City Council, Mr Hirniak, Secretary of Land Committee, Deputy of Lviv City Council, Mr Mahnitskyy, Deputy of Lviv City Council, Mr Rozhniatovskyy, Member of Commission on Land Use and Land Relations Regulation of Lviv Oblast Council.
The Round Table participants had an opportunity to raise and discuss issues related to allocation and alienation of land plots by foreign investors, terms of document registration for purchase or tenure of land plots, land auctions procedure.
The Round Table parties agreed to cooperate within the working group under Lviv City Council in order to solve problems concerning document registration and selection of land plots. Also the participants agreed to collaborate with deputies in order to initiate and introduce changes to the land legislation.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
was held in Victoriya Hotel. Mr Ihor Sbitnev, the Chairman of the EBA Branch Board, greeted participants and wished them Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. He expressed hope that the next year would bring new opportunities and prospects for business development to the EBA members .
