was held in the Training studio of Konovalovy. The meeting was dedicated to implementation of the corporate model of competence and application of this model for solving different tasks in the system of Human Resource Management.
It was noticed that corporate model of competence allows to create a set of general criteria of HR management, which in its turn allows to form a corporate culture of the company; to form common pattern of thoughts; to find common language between workers and their directors, as well as to achieve high conformity level while assessing workers, selection of candidates for encouragement, development of training programm, etc.

at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
was held in Victoriya Hotel. Mr Ihor Sbitnev, the Chairman of the EBA Branch Board, greeted participants and wished them Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. He expressed hope that the next year would bring new opportunities and prospects for business development to the EBA members .
