took place at the office of Axioma. Igor Sbitnev, Chairman of the EBA Kharkiv Branch Board, informed participants about current activities of the Public Council at the STA in Kharkiv oblast. Mr Sbitnev noted that it’s natural for businessmen to try to minimize expenses including taxes and for state bodies to wish to collect more taxes. But it’s necessary to find a balance and understanding between two parties, especially during crisis.
Attendees also discussed taxation, namely: peculiarities of taxation of physical persons’ incomes from selling mortgage by a creditor; application of “the increase factor” for income calculation in a non-monetary form (P. 3.4 of Law on Taxes for Physical Persons); Draft Law on Introduction of Moratorium on Audits of Business Entities; and Draft Law on Improvement of System of Simplified Taxation, Registration and Reporting for Small-Scale Entrepreneurship Subjects.
