The Committee was established at the end of 2007 following the EBA Exporters & Importers Committee restructure.

The main objective of the EBA Regulatory Affairs Committee is to focus on technical regulation, market surveillance, permitting system and other regulatory issues facing the EBA member companies.

Olena Kalabanya was reelected as Chair of the Committee starting 15 December 2008, she occupies position of Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations Coordinator at 3M Ukraine.

The Committee holds its meetings on a bi-monthly basis. The Committee meetings stick to the third Friday of the month, 9:30.
