The application for the EBA membership includes following steps:

The company should fill in the Online Application Form for the EBA membership, print it and send with a stamp and a signature to the EBA office by fax +380 44 496 0602.

The company should provide the EBA office with a reference letter from any EBA member-company.

The company should sign the EBA Code of Conduct.

The company should pay the enrolment and membership fees.
Within few days following the submission of your application documents you will receive invoices for the enrollment and membership fees. Please note that only upon receipt of your payment your Company’s application, reference letter and membership directory questionnaire will be processed and the Board on its nearest monthly meeting will take a decision on accepting the company to the European Business Association.
When the decision to accept your Company to the EBA is taken we will supply you with:

EBA Membership Certificate.

One EBA Membership Top Card (company's CEO is a card holder) and two EBA Membership Standard Cards. The Cards also provide discounts in the EBA Discount System.

EBA partner Discount Cards – Kozyrnaya Card and Mirovaya Card.
The membership is valid for the current year until the 31st of December.
Membership fees are determined based on the type of membership. Companies originated from EU countries or owned by EU citizens and/or being present in EU countries shall become Full members of the EBA. Companies originated from non-EU countries and not being present in EU countries shall become Associate members of the Association.
In 2008 Full members pay the amount equivalent to Euro 1 035 (due and payable in UAH) or Euro 690 in cases when the company employs less than 40 people worldwide. Membership fee for Associate members equals to Euro 690. In addition, every new member should pay an enrolment fee equal to Euro 400.
