10/12 09:30 EBA Christmas Parties for Kids - the charity event

were held on Saturday and Sunday, 10-11.12.2005 at Kinopalats in Kyiv. The parties that for four years have already  become a well known annual event in Kyiv, this year gathered almost 1000  participants  - EBA members and diplomats with their  kids  who  enjoyed  a program featuring Santa Klaus and Snegurochka,  funny competitions with prizes from sponsors for kids, taking pictures with characters - Quikie, Dino, Birdie and Grimace. Each child also received a Christmas gift with products from sponsors. 

The movie show this year featured Chicken Little animation movie and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

All proceeds from the parties will be donated to:
- Kyiv City Orphanage for Young Children (in Vorzel)
- Pereshchypinska Orphanage School (Dnipropetrovsk region)
- Immunological Department of the Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory, Kyiv City Childrens’ Hospital # 1

We are glad that this year the EBA Christmas Parties for Kids have been supported  by  local  stars: the Absolute Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics  Lilia  Podkopaeva  and  the  famous Ukrainian pop star Ani Lorak, who participated in the press conference devoted to the project on  29.11.2005.
