Participants at the meeting were: business and political elite of Lviv Oblast, chiefs of Oblast State Administration, top managers of leading companies, and financial institutions of the region. 

The following issues were discussed during the meeting: 
- Investment attraction of the region. Sources of investment attraction; 
- Problems of the infrastructure development of Lviv Oblast; 
- Development of recreation zones and service market in the region; 
- Lviv is a new business culture center in Ukraine. Possibilities for business centers development; 
- Innovation development perspectives of the region.
