Participants discussed urgent problems that production companies face, namely: 
- avalizing of bills of exchange; 
- copyright protection; 
- softwear licensing 
- employment of disabled people; 
- opportunities of loan agreements for non-residents; 
- certification of imported goods; 
- phytosanitary control for import-export operations; 
- VAT reimbursement, etc. 

The participants considered problematic points within the above mentioned issues, and emphasized the need for the EBA assistance for their solution. 

An important agenda point was a possibility for creation of a database of vacancies and CVs for the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch member companies.
