Lars Vestbjerg, the Head of the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch Board, opened the celebration by acknowledgements of the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch achievements. 

Anna Derevyanko, the EBA Executive Director gave her greetings and best wishes for the Branch further development. 

Mr.Valeriy Pyatak, the Deputy Head of Lviv Oblast State Administration and Mr. Andriy Sadovyi, the newly-elected City Mayor also congratulated the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch and confirmed their readiness for close cooperation with the EBA for investment climate improvement which would then help create new work places in the region. 

Reception, lottery and a party followed the greetings. The guests enjoyed performances of well-known singers, dance groups.
