1. To make official request to STA in Lviv oblast regarding: 
- VAT refund for production companies; 
- lack of the employed handicapped people at the enterprises because of their absence at the database of the Employment Centre. 

2. To update the official letter to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as for approval of the certificates, which were issued abroad according to ISO, CE, EN standards as to avoid repeated certification of the imported production on the territory of Ukraine. 

3. To prepare official letter to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy as for changes that could be made to the procedure of the phytosanitary control for import-export operations. 

The participants also supported the idea of the HR Committee establishment at the EBA Western Ukrainian branch.
