Lars Vesbjerg, the Chairman of the Branch Board, opened the meeting, after what the members of the Association received answers to the follwoing questions: 
- investors’ problems in the field of permission system; 
- cencellation of some regulation barriers in the field of construction and land relations, hampering introduction of investment projects, especially in production and building construction areas; 
- ways for city infrastructure improvement; 
- future structure of the Lviv City Council and establishment of the Department for Economic Development and Investments; 
- changes that are proposed by the Lviv City Council to the business–authorities dialogue as a whole. 

It was agreed to further develop cooperation between the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch and the Lviv City Council and to sing the agreement on mutual cooperation.
