Acording to the needs of the member companies, the Board members decided to establish HR Committee in June 2006. Representatives of interested companies, their HR managers will be invited to take part in the Committee meetings devoted to the issues of staff recruitment, salaries, employees’ motivation etc. The Committee will cooperate with and create its own database with vacancies and CVs. 

Also, the Board decided to reorganize the Service committee, and possible to create new committees for banking, legal, food etc. issues, according to the members` interests. 

The Board also agreed to update some provisions of the Memorandum on cooperation with the local authorities in order to improve the service of “Green corridor”. 

It was agreed to invite Customs and Border officials to the next General Membership Meeting.
