Therefore, it was agreed during the meeting to prepare a unified system of the Working group member companies` (without companies names) approaches and strategies as for their own employees motivation, fixed salary and bonus systems. This document will include confidential information and will be distributed only among interested Working group member companies. The deadline for information and proposals submitting to the EBA office in Lviv – June 20, 2006. Besides, the following problematic issues were considered during the meeting, namely: - quality of production; - introduction of foreign methods of production on the territory of the former Soviet Union; - recruitment of the qualified and technical staff for production companies; - private enterprises, which work under the black schemes and pay illegal salaries for workers.
