Besides, the Committee participants agreed to develop close cooperation with Lviv Universities, State Employment Center, recruiting and consulting EBA member companies.

 

Furthermore, the Committee will organize Career Days within EBA Western Ukrainian Branch and Open Days at the premises of the member companies interested in employees’ recruitment. The Committee will create its own data base with CVs and vacancies received from the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch member companies.

 

The EBA Western Ukrainian Branch member companies can submit their proposals regarding  HR Committee development strategy to the EBA executive office in Lviv.

 

The next HR Committee meetings will be held each second Tuesday of a month, at 5 p.m.
