According to the agreement, which had been reached at the previous Committee meeting, EBA Western Ukrainian Branch submitted an appeal to the STA in Lviv oblast with the member- companies` problematic questions as for the VAT payment and refund. And as a result, the Branch recieved an official answer from the STA, and the Committee was attended by Ms. Ohorodnyk.

 

During the meeting Ms. Maria Ohorodnyk answered additional questions regarding above-mentioned  appeal and the problematic issues of:

-         VAT reimbursement after the end of the 12-month period after the company registration;

-         Tax credit approval;

-         VAT payment to the Customs authorities;

-         VAT declarations submission;

-         Terms of the suppliers counter-controls.

 

Present member companies’ representatives expressed their gratitude for the fruitful meeting and transparent dialogue to Ms. Maria Ohorodnyk, who in her turn promised to promote EBA member companies` interests.

 

At the end of the meeting the participants of the meeting congratulated the newly-elected Committee Chairman Ihor Pikhurko (NG Metal Ukraine). The committee members also discussed and approved its future working plan.
