In this regard, the participants shared their ideas and paid particular attention to the problematic aspects they had faced in the production sphere at their companies, namely:

-         regaining some of the companies` customs privileges;

-         employment of the workers living along the Ukrainian border;

-         invitation of quality managers from abroad;

-         visiting of regional technical schools by the member companies` representatives;

-         tolling scheme application and possibility for special software introduction for tolling scheme calculations;

-         presentation of time registration system for the employees` efficiency bonuses.
