The speaker stressed the following issues influencing employment process:
- demographic crisis;
- the Bologna process;
- needs for cooperation development between universities and regional enterprises.
The second part of the meeting was held in the form of a dialogue, and mostly concerned the following:
- internship possibilities for students with further possible employment;
- staff integration into a team and development of the corporate culture as a whole;
- gaps in the labor legislation and its discrepancies with the international standards;
- positions which are in demand;
- fluctuation of manpower and staff retention;
- search for workers in distant districts/regions;
- personnel recruitment for tourism sector;
- application of horizontal and vertical motivation techniques.
Furthermore, during the meeting the decision to hold Career Days and Open Days at the premises of the EBA member companies was taken. This would be of use for the both parties.
