was held at the EBA office in Lviv. The members of the Committee created the draft plan of the Manufacturing Committee` activities taking account of the recent political changes in the country. The participants shared their opinions on the current political situation and its influence on the business conditions in the Western regions of Ukraine.

 

It was decided to continue lobbying for members` interests by means of official appeals and request on the topics of:

-         free economic zones;

-         certification of goods imported to Ukraine;

-         cancellation of phyto-sanitary control of pallets for import-export operations, etc.

 

The Committee members had a brainstorm discussion concerning further topics of the next Manufacturing Committee meetings and guest speakers (for the next 3-6 months).

 

Also, the member-companies` representatives paid particular attention to the official answer of the Fund on Social Protection of Disabled Persons as for the lack of the employed handicapped people at the enterprises.
