was held at the EBA office in Lviv. Committee members continued discussion of problematic issues in the field of HR management, and possible ways of their solving. The latter were included into the annual working plan of the Committee.

The main topics to be further discussed further at the next committee meetings are:

-         legal regulation of labour relations;

-         labour market propositions;

-         fluctuation of manpower;

-         transportation for the employees;

-         liability for breakage;

-         overpayment;

-         motivation – management according to goals.

 

Besides, the participants stressed the problem of the positions hierarchy and salaries survey in the region, which would be the topic for the detailed examination during the next Committee meeting.
