12/09/2006 Working group on Production Management meeting
was held at the EBA office in Lviv. During the meeting the participants paid their attention to such issues as order for production, services (volume, nomenclature quality), directive restrictions, subject of labour, labour tools, management methods.
The present representatives of the EBA member-companies of the Committee made presentations of the systems of production logistics development of their own enterprises, and considered the following topics in detail:
orders receiving (annual, semi-annual);
planning of raw materials and materials (application of possible softwares);
planning of equipment and instruments;
planning of production loading; human resources;
production process (information and production flows);
uploading of an order – implementation of a plan;
quality system;
labour safety at a production company (safe clothes and personal safety means).
