was held at the EBA office in Lviv. The Committee meeting was dedicated to discussion of the draft salary survey in Lviv region, which was under elaboration process by the EBA Western Ukrainian Branch together with the member – companies of the Association. According to the member - companies’ request, the aim of this work is to examine and to summarize aforementioned companies’ labour payment systems.

 

The analysis of the workers` and specialists` labour payments in these  companies presupposes generalisation and unification of the information according to specific  categories, namely:

-         profession;

-         class;

-         salary;

-         bonuses;

-         salary indexation;

-         social package

-         additional compensations and bonuses;

-         medical insurance.
