was held at the EBA Office in Lviv. Mr. Ihor Pikhurko, the Chairman of the Committee proposed the following issues for discussion:
- VAT refund in the period of the latest personnel changes in STA of Ukraine;
- ways of VAT refund accumulated during the first 12 months activity of a newly-established company;
- use of a tax bills in practice;
Besides, the other questions were considered:
- VAT refund during enlargement of Statute Fund;
- tax bills;
- Profit Tax payment etc.
As a result of the meeting, the Committee members agreed to send an official letter to the STA of Ukraine on behalf of the European Business Association with a request to solve the problem regarding VAT refund accumulated during the first 12 months of activity of a newly-established company; and also to organise a round table meeting with the customs authorities to discuss how to use bills.
