was held at the EBA office in Lviv. The major subject of the meeting was production planning and related problems.

 

Representatives of the member – companies received presentations of production planning systems and gave the particular attention to the key factors of production planning including functioning of equipment, delivery of raw materials, urgent orders and availability of warehouses in Ukraine.

                                           

Furthermore, committee participants discussed the following topics of common interest:

-         planning of raw materials  and production types;

-         accuracy of equipment.

 

The issue of the lack of human resources was stressed at the meeting: qualified lathe operators, welders etc. Therefore, the participants decided to hold a joint meeting of the Working group on Production Management and Human Resources (HR) Committee.
