During the presentation Taras Yurynts, the Chairman of the Committee, the Director of the company Guldmann, stressed the following factors that influenced professional development of the personnel:

-         organization of seminars and trainings;

-         enough resources for staff education;

-         psychological evaluation of every employee;

-         elaboration of individual and team development plans.

 

Besides, the participants of the meeting examined the issue of personnel retention, including motivation of employees, corporate culture and internal and external company’s brand development.  “The employee has to see the sense of his work and his aims should correspond to  aims of a company” – emphasized Natliya Bardyn, Lviv Consulting Group representative.
