arrived to Lviv. The visit was aimed at examining city investment and production potential, establishing direct contacts with the local entrepreneurs, opening representative offices and joint ventures etc.

 

The programme of the mission included a business forum.

 

The first part of the Forum was conducted in the format of bilateral negotiations of the Icelandic and Ukrainian companies’ representatives from common fields of business activity.

 

The EBA Western Ukrainian Branch represented by Regional Manager Branch Committee Coordinator highlighted the EBA activities, especially its lobbying activities

 

Investment climate and investment projects of Lviv oblast were presented by the Head of the Lviv Oblast Administration, Mr. Oliynyk, and the Lviv City Mayor, Mr. Sadovyy. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iceland made a speech and expressed her hope for further cooperation development between both countries.

 

All guests of the Forum had the opportunity to visit ballet performance at the ancient Lviv Opera and Ballet House and enjoy delicious reception.
