International Conference «Social business responsibility. The way relations with personal, society and authorities should be set up», organized by «Expert Ukraine» business magazine, took place in Kiev last week. Huge companies-employers, in particular, «Industrial Union of Donbass», System Capital Management and Arcelor Mittal, as well as representatives of authorities and experts, participated in the conference. 

As Chief Editor of «Expert Ukraine» business magazine Iskander Khisamov has stated, harmonization of relations between business, authorities and society is becoming the most important condition of stabilization in our country. «Growing Ukrainian business needs clear rules of the game, predictable tariffs and taxes. Society and authorities, for their turn, demand from the business more responsible behaviour, more active participation in solving of social issues. It is necessary to formulate principles of mutual obligations of employers, employees and state, to create guaranties of their observance. For that permanent and equitable dialogue of the above process participants is needed, only in such a way effective mechanisms of partnership of business, authorities and state» - he noted.

Among main issues of the conference were: social technologies of Ukrainian corporations; non-financial reports as means of dialogue with society; world practice of agreements on socio-economical partnership of business and territory administrations: mission and positioning of the leading charity funds in Ukraine.
